Welcome Home
When you really get that there is only this moment, no next moment, no time.
When this becomes obvious; a space suddenly opens where the illusion of time and self has fallen away leaving an open space.
Physical and mental forms may arise as always, familiar feelings and thoughts but Now they arise in that open space where they have no claim on your attention.
There is no future to strive for or past to process. Those activities require time and that is gone and the self went with it...
Surprisingly this is not to be cast adrift, lost in a strange land. This turns out to be the Home you forgot you had.
Welcome Home!
