About our groups

We now have four telephone conference call groups every week! If you have never done a telephone group and are even a little curious, please give it a try. Its still amazes me that it works so well without being physically together, some persons even prefer the telephone groups. The co-created space of Self awareness, Presence and connection with others that we experience during the in-person groups happens in these phone groups, and you can participate from anywhere in the world.

We meet in a conference telephone call, usually eight persons or less. Once we have all gathered on the call, we briefly check in, then do approximately 45 min. of Shared Witnessing meditation, then we share conversationally for around 10 min. If you want to participate in only the check in and meditation, the whole event might last about an hour, sharing at the end is optional.

If this is your very first SW group, please read the "Guidelines for Practice" before joining us.
